The cabins and duplexes are beautifully finished in log and timber for a great up north feel. The whole property is well wooded giving great "lost in the woods" feel. The equipment needed is already onsite for 8 more electric and water RV sites. Those potential sites have already been partially cleared. Missaukee County does allow ATVs/Snowmobiles on the road right of way which allows you to go the 1.5 miles to the ATV/snow trail head.
